PRESS RELEASE: SICILIAFIERA ATTENDING G7 IN SYRACUSE
‘FRUTECH’ FAIR DEDICATED TO AGROECOLOGICAL TRANSITION AND NEW FRONTIERS OF AGRIBUSINESS WILL BE LAUNCHED
SiciliaFiera will be present at the G7 in Syracuse.
It will be an important networking moment, in fact, more than 30 sponsors specialized in the world of agriculture will be present.
On that occasion, the fair Frutech, the Expo of the Mediterranean, dedicated to the Agroecological Transition and the new frontiers of the agri-food sector, will be launched and will be held at the SiciliaFiera exhibition center in Misterbianco, from November 28 to 30, 2024.
Inside the booth there will be a dedicated lounge where sponsors will have the opportunity to tell about their company and why they chose to participate in Frutech.

The utilized agricultural area of Sicily is equal to 1.342 million hectares and with the largest land area (360,000 hectares) devoted to organic farming, it accounts for more than half of the entire regional area.
About half of the UAA (utilized agricultural area, ed.) is invested in arable crops, which include cereal crops, legumes, vegetables, industrial crops, great wealth for our land and for the entire Mediterranean basin.”
SiciliaFiera’s commercial director, Rosario Sallemi expressed great joy for the participation in this very important European showcase both for the exhibition center and for all the partners who joined the event, contributing to the launch of Frutech, the first fair dedicated to the world of fruit and vegetables and dried fruit in Southern Italy.
